The convenience of the location

The dirty hotel room (exchanged rapidly by the front desk), the air conditioner that didn't work, the lack of coffee in the lobby, the extra cost for internet and the lack of a downtown shuttle in the morning.

Near the airport that is good only who want to connect flight in the next day or pick up car rental at the airport area.

Thebhorel is very old and nothing worth fornmoney facility and quality

I requested a supersized double (king) but ended up with two double beds which was the other option.

It's on the shore of Lake Spenard. It's fun to watch the floatplanes taking off.

I purchased the reservation on-line. It listed that the room/state taxes were not included in the price; but then further down on the web page; where you put your credit card on file; it made the statement; "Total Price"----$199.00However, when the bill came; they added $24 taxes--which brought the bill up to $224.00. This was discouraging.

Great bed, nice room, polite staff.

Housekeeping is annoyingly persistent to get to your room, though face to face they are polite. Constant knocking and we had a toddler that desperately needed sleep. We resisted tip because we were constantly grabbing pillows or backpacks nearby to shield our partially dressed bodies as they went for the door with vigor. Last morning the approaches were 2 hrs pre checkout and like labor contractions occured closer and closer in timing.

The location was great and the price was the best part of it all.

Outrageous that internet access was an additional charge!!!!! We did not have any wireless service in the room at all and in the lobby there were 2 computers for guests to use but there was a fee by the minute to use them.

Spacious, well-equipped room! We got a bargain rate and really enjoyed staying here. We had a dog with us, and although the room did not have much of a view, it was unusually pleasant, with spacious grounds for walking our dog.

We were a little disappointed that such a nice room in such a nice hotel did not have a refrigerator, as so many do.

The hotel is located by Lake Spenard and has a beautiful- if partial view of the lake. The cafe had excellent food with a nice staff.

When I went to check in there was no reservation through Booked.net. Luckily, there was a room available. I would stay at the hotel again, but I don't know if I would use Booked.net again.

they were overbooked, and put me in a suite. However, the suite had used condoms on the majority of lamps in this suite, making me realize the cleanliness was not even close to being adequate.

I booked through Booked.net and I have requested for early check in since our flight arrived at 5.30 am. I also asked for connecting rooms since we are a family of four.Lastly,I asked for rooms with a view because the reason I booked this hotel was we wanted to see the lake from our rooms. Once we arrived, a man at check in said check in time is 3 pm so I showed him my request. He went inside to talk to someone and came out to tell me that he can check in for us at 7 am. It s another one and a half hours so we just waited. At 8 we went back to the counter but that man was gone so a lady called "Key" took care of us. She was the rudest person and she shouldnt be working as receptionist because she would chase all customers away. She insisted that she couldnt give us rooms until 3 pm and started raising her voice at us. I told her to call her manager and she did it without service mind. I stayed in other Millennium hotels so many times .Last time was a few months ago at The Millennium Bostonian in Boston and all staff were excellent. Finally, "Key" was ordered to give us early check in but she gave us one room so we had to wait for hours to move to other rooms .She also told us that she would be very busy and she had no time to call us when the rooms were ready . She told us we had to call and check with her.I Have never experienced such a terrible service from any hotel especially 4 or 5 stars. Normally, you get what you pay for and I pay quite a lot so I dont expect Motel 6 service. I will tell eveyone not to stay at this hotel as long as this lady is still working there.

Staff acted cool. Was not able to book a longer stay. Even tough I could afford it. There were harassing people outside of the hotel asking for cigerettesor meth??????? I man older retired person & took offense.

My view was of the outside back garbage area.

Very nice accommodations for a reasonable price. Hotel and restaurant staff friendly and efficient. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms.

Charge for WiFi.

Little better than Motel 6. Too expensive and for what the charged no free wi-fi. I will stay at the Holiday Inn express instead.

Good location regarding vicinity to the airport

The service at the bar/lounge was quite poor. We waited about 20 minutes until a waitress realized that these two guests were not helped. A further 10 minutes passed until she came back,just to tell us that one of the cocktail ordered was not available. Reorder, plus another 10 minutes until the drinks arrived. I would consider 40 minutes for 2 drinks in a bar/lounge a bit too long to wait for.
